∎ Conducting detailed project feasibility studies and aligning proposals with client requirements.
∎ Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure proposals address technical, financial, and timeline constraints.
∎ Performing market research to determine accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
∎ Analyzing project budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in construction planning.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and price fluctuations to inform accurate project estimates.
∎ Proposal Development:
