Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with design Consultants (Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing) for the effective implementation of projects.
∎ Budgeting and estimating, their proper application to projects, and control at the site.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Smooth coordination with the corporate office construction management team.
∎ Preparation and implementation of the project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
∎ Design and implementation of Training programs for site technical and non-technical staff.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality products & Authentication/Certification of bills.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
