Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key deliverables:-
∎ Make plan for all kinds of structures as per requirement.
∎ Prepare layout, design & drawing and oversee of infrastructural development.
∎ Ensure construction budget timely.
∎ Ensure cost analysis report timely.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have skill on Design & Drawing, Map Reading, CAD & Auto CAD, LISP, Legal Compliance, Site development, Project Management.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
