Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of day to day works of the assigned related project(s) as per given time schedules to accomplish all kind of essential tasks.
∎ Capabilities to prepare and understand the working drawing/design of the assign projects.
∎ Keep focus on working schedule & ensure actual progress of the project accordingly.
∎ Experience to drive and supervise work for the project contractors and make sure the progress of the project works.
∎ Ensure required standard civil materials quality for the project works.
∎ Ensure the project construction works quality as per standard drawing.
∎ Capabilities to prepare civil project budget.
∎ Daily Site Supervision; Monitoring & controlling contractor labors.
∎ Reporting about the progress of the project and solving relevant problems by consulting with Project Manager.
∎ Ensuring standard of quality works according to specification.
∎ Understanding basic civil engineering functions like civil working drawing, site preparation, ground levelling, concrete foundation & finishing work.
∎ Understanding field measurement and marking, survey work & site area utilization supervision.
∎ Planning to use equipment at most cost effective way.
∎ Coordination with procurement and main stores for materials delivery.
∎ Ability to manage a project independently.
∎ Follow-up with procuring Entity prior to get work orders.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the project manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Should have skills on AutoCAD.
∎ Factory base construction work related experience will preferable.
∎ Sound Knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
