Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering/ (B Sc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must possess a clear concept of all approved drawings, designs and specifications.
∎ Prepare daily work program with sub-contractor on regular basis.
∎ Supervise and execute civil, sanitary, plumbing, electrical, tiles & marble works, paint works, interior & exterior works, in commercial building on regular basis and report to the concerned authority.
∎ Visit different sites, factories, warehouse of service centers, and other properties as per necessity.
∎ Coordinate with team members (Architect, Structural Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Electrical Engineer etc.) and provide necessary guidance on the project issues.
∎ Prepare materials requisition according to work scope.
∎ Ensuring quality of both material & civil work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
