Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound working knowledge on designing with AutoCAD(2D &3D)
∎ Should be well conversant to work on Layout, Pilling, Estimate, Costing, Soil test, Brick, RCC, Plastering and structural work.
∎ Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly project construction report, preparing schedule to achieve work target, ensure Material Purchase Requisition (MPR), Material Transfer Order (MTO) and other documents for approval from concerned authority as per requirement.
∎ Should have hands on experience to supervise multistoried building construction having experience in foundation plan.
∎ Working experience to manage projects will be added advantages. Ensure bill checking and timely completion of project with quality construction work as per specification
∎ Will be responsible to supervise multistoried building and roads & highway construction
∎ Well conversant in Tender dropping, Tender Participating, Quotation preparing and so on.
∎ Experience to work with different Government Agencies like LGED, Roads and Highways and so on will be added advantages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 03-05 year(s) experience in relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Constructions, Project Management, Real Estate, Roads and highways, Tender bidding and dropping, etc.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of Auto CAD: 2D & 3D
∎ Should have good communication, leadership and people management skill.
∎ Willing to work under immense pressure.
∎ Well conversant with MS-Office(MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
