∎ The candidate should be B.Sc in Civil from any reputed Government or Private University.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma/ Training experience in Construction Management will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ We are Bangladesh`s largest Accessories Manufacturing company seeking applications from some energetic, enthusiastic and Experience person to work as Civil Engineer (LEED Construction Project Engineer).
∎ Workplace : Factory Address - Dautia, Kalampur, Dhamrai, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should be able to provide command and coordinate for 24/7 works, with various contractors, assign works with targeted schedule, review progress over time and ability to take the challenge to get the works completed in time.
∎ The candidate should be able to clearly understand all construction related drawings, construction procedure and technology, material specification, scheduling, budgeting, shuttering system etc. in case of fast construction.
∎ The candidate should have experience to work of at least 3 to 4 nos LEED construction projects as Construction Manager of which at least one should have LEED Platinum certified.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge to issue workorder to various types of vendors and contractors related to Civil, Electro Mechanical, Fire Fighting works, bill checking, quantity estimation of materials, shuttering, finishing works.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on the sequence of finishing works and overlapping work schedule in case of timely handover of fast construction projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should be having proficiency in computer software like AutoCAD, MS word, Excel and management-based software.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on MEP engineering.
∎ The candidate should be excellent in both oral and written Bengali and English communication with official correspondence, communication and documentation.
