∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University
∎ Skills Required: Building Construction, Calculation of RCC and Steel Straucture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Management/ Co-ordinator, RCC Building Construction, steel fabrication, Steel Structure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise, monitor and ensure overall construction works including finishing work as per specification.
∎ To prepare project and material planning.
∎ To monitor material requisition period and delivery timelines to ensure project work.
∎ To follow up project activities & should have strong command on site Engineers.
∎ To ensure quality construction works.
∎ To control costs and wastage, track usage against estimates, maintain inventory & stocks.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of project activities.
∎ To maintain site safety.
∎ To identify errors, gaps & escalate as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have proper knowledge regarding construction of R.C.C. and steel building.
∎ Should have the ability to handle large projects individually
∎ Should have the ability to manage and work under stressful conditions.
∎ Must have strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Should be energetic, confident, proactive and assertive.
∎ Should have the good problem-solving ability.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
