Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing and design, Industrial buildings

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure project developments for textile and garments industry
∎ Ensure construction work according to Business plan.
∎ Plot demarcation according to layout.
∎ Experience about JETTY Construction
∎ Habituated with 5s Management system
∎ Ensure Gas, Electricity, Water supply and others required utility service as per plan.
∎ Expert with RSC (ACCORD), BNBC, LEED & Green Industry and comply with compliance
∎ Prepare bill on the basis of running & final measurement.
∎ Ensure Beautification of the project.
∎ Prepare budget for project
∎ Ensure proper inventory management at project site.
∎ Prepare all types of project development report and statistical data analysis.
∎ Ensure quality of work as per Standard.
∎ Ensure work progress as per time schedule.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Good knowledge about CAD
