Educational Requirements:
∎ • B.Sc. in civil Engineering from any public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
∎ Coordinate and manage all site activities of site staff, sub-contractors, traders and suppliers and ensure timely response to project requirements.
∎ Participate in site coordination meetings with Project Manager, Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
∎ Make sure each person working in site is signing in the site attendance register.
∎ Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report to senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications, AutoCAD, MS Project, Estimation Software etc.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Lead the project development team.
∎ Maintain a close liaison / relation with government, semi government and autonomous bodies responsible for all type of development works.
