Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil from a reputed engineering university with at least CGPA 3.0 on a scale of 4.0

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the implementation of the projects and overall such as plan, drawing and specification analysis, survey and layout of the works, construction supervision of all costs of project development related work such as piling, materials procurement by proper channel, quality control, bill processing, official correspondence with the consultant and Management. Task includes regular supervision kinds of works of the respective project(s);
∎ Arrange authority approval;
∎ Manage the project to meet the time, cost and quality objectives. Monitoring of overall site construction with the view of forecasting problems for their prevention;
∎ Close monitoring of all potential cost and time variations to the contracts. Recommending payments to contractors and consultants;
∎ Handle any dispute resolution that may arise;
∎ Active support and involvement of tender documentation;
∎ Provide regular project update and generate progress report;
∎ Prepare estimation of building materials as per drawing;
∎ Maintain liaison with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Department that is involved in the Project;
∎ Responsible to complete Project work within the Schedule target time;
∎ Have to submit required Progress Report of the Project to the Authority;
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicant must have minimum 5 to 7 years of practical experience in high rise development. Less than 5 years of experience need not apply.
