∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ BSc in Civil Engineering.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Interior Design negotiable.
∎ Create detailed interior layouts, floor plans, using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
∎ Merge the client demands with the standard design grammar.
∎ Deep knowledge to application of contemporary materials & their availability in the existing market.
∎ Good Presentation skill both on graphically & physically.
∎ Strong project management skill from scratch of a design till handover to client.
∎ Team work experience is mandatory.
∎ Good Knowledge about Interior Construction, MEP system integration (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) & Furniture fitting fixing.
∎ Enough knowledge Proper Estimate (Interior Construction Work) and make BOQ & Project Budget.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control during construction or renovation.·
∎ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and oversee installations.
∎ Proficient knowledge of interior finish materials and fittings/fixings, including flooring, wall treatments, and ceiling systems.
∎ In-depth understanding of tender processes, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) analysis, and cost estimation for interior construction projects.
∎ Punctual in adhering to project time schedules, ensuring timely delivery of interior projects.
∎ Strong ability to coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and structural requirements.
∎ Skilled in managing project resources and logistics to ensure optimal workflow and material availability.
∎ Client approval both on design & selection.
∎ Project tracking & quality control during the execution time.
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen challenges and ensure project continuity without delays.
∎ Knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
∎ Prepare project timelines, budgets, and material specifications.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and oversee installations.
∎ Incorporate eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions into designs.
∎ An Interior Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential, commercial, or industrial environments. They combine engineering principles with interior design expertise to ensure spaces are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations while meeting client specifications.
