Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
∎ To forecast project engineering schedules.
∎ To coordinate and check engineering deliverables from different sources, contractors & vendors.
∎ To plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate the technical and management aspects of the project.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
∎ To prepare work process flow/Gantt chart highlighting time & dates of completion.
∎ To monitor the budget and check trend as well.
∎ To participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve project issues.
∎ To review and approve project client invoices.
∎ To verify civil construction related bill with MB and relevant documents;
∎ Verification of stock of construction related items with store ledger;
∎ To ensure compliance of construction work conducted according to drawing and design.
∎ To ensure effective engineering and client communications.
∎ To control of the construction equipment, tools use & expense.
∎ To supervise man & material assigned to the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ AutoCAD operation
∎ Knowledge on fire fighting & building safety code;
∎ Sound knowledge of masonry, carpentry, plumbing, painting etc.;
∎ Knowledge in Electro-Mechanical equipments & tools.
