Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare bill of quantities ( BoQ) of all projects.
∎ Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
∎ To estimate, budget & prepare details of work quantities as per different work order format of new projects.
∎ Prepare report on progress of construction work under concerned project daily/weekly basis.
∎ Quality control of construction materials, ensure wastage control during work & stacking materials.
∎ Estimate of Civil, Sanitary and Hardware Materials.
∎ Make variance analyses of project with respect to initial estimates.
∎ To update data & monitor in ERP system.
∎ Analyze rates of all Non Scheduled items like Window Grill, Main Gate, Railing etc. and issuing work orders.
∎ To manage construction labor and sub-contractors and other finishing work.
∎ Maintain quality work in schedule time, Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.
∎ Coordinate with procurement department to ensure proper inventory of all stores/ materials at site.
∎ Any other task as required by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having must Real Estate background

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ On time Payments
