∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Development Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have individual construction project management experience.
∎ Must have experience of construction cost measuring.
∎ Must have confident to work independently.
∎ ollow up over all construction related activities.
∎ Prepare requisition for construction materials.
∎ Order & Receive all construction materials as per requisition and challan on approval.
∎ Ensure construction material's quality.
∎ Prepare & check all construction related bills.
∎ Assist with the construction design consultant.
∎ Proper maintenance of project site.
∎ Keeping the records of Design, Drawing, Layout and all kinds of material testing records by maintaining the sequence.
∎ Prepare and maintain regular Building inspection and load management reports as per
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have enough knowledge on building construction (supervision) and related documentation.
∎ Should have enough knowledge on Auto CAD software and on all type of design & Drawings.
∎ ave experience in designing of civil structures.
∎ Proficient in spoken and written English. Should have very good communication skills.
∎ Aptitude to work under stressful condition.

Salary: Negotiable
