∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Estimation, Costing & time schedule Making for Construction work .
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in according with project budget.
∎ Construction, quality control, preparation of bills, handling of sub-contractors.
∎ To look after overall Project development activities of constructions.
∎ Monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at project.
∎ Making plan to complete the job in schedule time.
∎ Drawing and Maintaining official documents.
∎ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Internet Browsing and Communicating with email.
∎ Structural Design making with Auto CAD, ETABS, BNBC_2020 Basic Knowledge.
∎ Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.
∎ Follow-up all Civil works.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
