∎ We have an opening at our `Civil Department` and we are looking for a smart/dynamic person who has a proven track record and experience in this field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of day-to-day works of the assigned project(s) to accomplish all sorts of necessary tasks.
∎ Keep the focus on working drawing & ensure the actual progress of the project accordingly.
∎ Drive staffs of the project and make sure progress of the concerned contractor(s) works.
∎ Preparing material purchase requisition as per the set standard of the assigned project and making sure the quality of the product as per specification
∎ Preparing BOM (Bill of Materials) by estimating the cost of material in the context of current market price and quality.
∎ Overseeing quality issues of the progress of the construction project(s).
∎ Maintain appropriate liaison with Architect, Engineer, and Surveyor.
∎ Ensuring that the implementation work is done according to the architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical design and other relevant papers.
∎ Ensuring that the construction cost matches the budgeted cost as per specification.
∎ Ensuring the work progress is in line with the scheduled work program.
∎ Manage the construction site with full responsibility & supervision.
∎ Prepare weekly progress reports, effective communication with higher authority with financial & material statements.
∎ Prepare the bar/Gantt chart & manage the development of the project accordingly.
∎ Maintain all safety & implement the safety measure.
∎ Ensure quality of all incoming materials & note the parameter.
∎ Overview of the work quality & close monitoring of contractor work.
∎ Maintain the project site neat & clean with proper professionalism and leadership.
∎ As ready-mix casting is very sensitive, you’ll have to be very careful & cautious during roof & beam casting.
∎ To maintain quality construction work, you have to focus on the material mixing & post-curing at day-to-day construction work.
∎ 3D or 2D (AutoCAD/Fusion, etc.) drawing of floors or any objects as per the requirement of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge and experience of Auto CAD, Fusion, or Other software.
∎ Should have experience in designing Floor layouts, etc.
∎ Adequate supervision experience about construction site in the building project.
∎ The applicants must have the competence to work under pressure. And working experience in building construction/ large industrial facilities in a reputed company.
∎ Ensuring the quality and accuracy of construction work. Ensure safety, security, and cleanness.
∎ Self-motivated & self-driven.
∎ Result-oriented approach.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Responsible and Sincere.
∎ Willing to work extended hours depending on daily work completion.
