∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Estimation, Quality control, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise the construction function of buildings and overall maintenance.
∎ Preparing drawings in AutoCAD when required.
∎ To prepare BOQ, estimate from the construction drawings.
∎ Prepare work schedule and maintain the site progress commensurate with the work schedule.
∎ Identify problem during construction and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ Coordinate between authority, suppliers and contractors.
∎ Be present at site and ensure technical aspect of works emphasizing quality of workmanship.
∎ Attend audits/inspections by RSC or any other buyer and work for remediation of findings by the auditor/inspectors.
∎ Should monitor and supervise all the projects and tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum experience of 5 years is required for BSc. Engineer and 10 years for Diploma Engineer.
∎ Relevant experience of working at Knit Composite/Textile/Garments factory is preferable.
∎ Should have knowledge about local and international regulations for construction and building safety, especially BNBC, Accord/RSC standards.
∎ Should be familiar with DEA, EA, retrofitting of structures etc.
∎ The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be familiar with building construction (both steel building and RCC building), thai aluminum and glass works, building interior, plumbing, building materials and building safety, structural retrofitting etc.
∎ Understanding of overall construction engineering disciplines.
∎ Working experience in Knit Composite or Textile industries is preferable.
