Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and structural systems.
∎ Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
∎ Knowledge of basement construction, shoring systems and high-rise building structures.
∎ Experience in using AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project scheduling software.
∎ Ability to prepare and interpret BOQs, work schedules, and material requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning and execution of the large scale shopping mall project.
∎ Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities, including basement excavation, RCC work, structural work, and finishing.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
∎ Track progress against project schedules and update timelines as necessary.
∎ Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction standards.
∎ Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues in coordination with engineering and architectural teams.
∎ Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, quality checklists, and safety logs.
∎ Enforce safety regulations and quality standards as per company and legal guidelines.
∎ Coordinate MEP and other inter-disciplinary work schedules with civil timelines.
