Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET / KUET / RUET / CUET or any reputed private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and tests on all required data.
∎ Designs construction projects by studying project concept, Architectural / Structural drawings and models.
∎ Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies, assembling data.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on BNBC - 2006, ACCORD / Alliance, NIRAPON.
∎ Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans and schedules.
∎ Confirm safety standards by monitoring, building inspection, verifying calculations and placements .
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs, entering data; completing backups.
∎ Candidate should be skilled on CAD ( 2D & 3D) design development, planing, estimation etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have experienced in the following areas :
∎ Auto CAD ( 2D & 3 D), Etabs Design skills.
∎ Also should have experienced on Real state company / Garments Industries.
∎ Problem solving capacity.
∎ Able to handling ACCORD / BUET / Government organisation or any third party Audit firm independently.
