We, SAGOR GROUP. We are seeking a highly competent, young and energetic, professional, and culturally adept Chinese Interpreter to ensure seamless communication between Chinese Higher Management and the Local Teams within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide precise and professional interpretation (Chinese English/Bangla) during management meetings, technical discussions, and factory floor operations

• Translate official documents, reports, emails, SOPs, and instructions with accuracy and confidentiality

• Act as a communication bridge between Chinese executives, technical experts, and local management

• Support coordination across production, compliance, merchandising, and administration teams

• Assist Chinese management in understanding local labor laws, compliance culture, and workplace practices

• Excellent communication, professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment and handle sensitive information

• Perform additional responsibilities and advisory support as required by the company.
