Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering Graduate form any reputed Public or Foreign University;
∎ Having PMP and Supply Chain Certification will be an added advantage;

∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the current & future requirement of the CAPEX for the group;
∎ Ensure strategic inputs from the board regarding development of CAPEX plan in line with growth ambition;
∎ Provide direction & guidance to the team to deliver multiple Projects in a Safe, Reliable and Efficient manner;
∎ Develop project execution plans & schedules in detail and ensure right project governance;
∎ Ensure project reviews are carried out periodically against set milestones and deliverables;
∎ Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on the project progress;
∎ Review risks associated with project execution and take proactive measures to mitigate risks. Maintain risk log, issue log and other project documents;
∎ Contribute to improving preventive and scheduled maintenance of operational plants to ensure all plants are fit for efficient and reliable operations, review execution of plans.
∎ Develop project briefs based on verbal or written inputs from the board and other key stakeholders, and work with the team members to develop detailed project plans, work schedules, and execution targets / timelines.
∎ Maintain project issue log through day to day online/physical monitoring, recording, identifying and handle incidents that may interrupt functionality of running projects, identity risks to project execution and proactively manage risks;
∎ Identify & execute cost savings initiatives through exploration and introduction of new method / modifications / technologies and best practices;
∎ Ensure adherence to ERP and monitor daily inputs on the technical side; in consultation with the Project & Plant Heads;
∎ Actively engage with Government offices and Local regulatory authorities to ensure compliance;
∎ Provide feedback/inputs to BODs on technical and other functional issues;
∎ Work closely together with operations and other key internal and external stakeholders regarding Technical Functions to ensure situations, needs and requirements are clear to everyone involved and expectations are carefully managed;
∎ Demonstrate right leadership behaviors, strengthens and embeds the high performance work culture, cooperation and ownership;
∎ Promote Technical Services policy within the department and to the stakeholders;
∎ Initiate and participate in improvement projects and ensure implementation of outcomes within the department;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 20 years of relevant experience in Technical Services/Division from any large Group of Companies out of which minimum 3-4 years in similar position;
∎ Demonstrative experience with drafting and monitoring budgets, and interpreting and reporting financial data;
∎ Committed to innovation and change in the interest of the organization;
∎ Able to find the right balance between short and long term focus, issues and outcomes;
∎ Coach others to perform at the expected level under pressure and in complex conditions;
∎ Working knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office; (specifically Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint);
∎ Competent in verbal and written communication with high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
∎ Highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills;
∎ Organized, pro-active & persistent, resilience, and an ability to work with can-do attitude;
