Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspect of the company strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
∎ Ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitable and securely.
∎ Drive technological transformation to meet up the globalization initiative of the company.
∎ Ensure performance standard and key performance achievement related to technology deliveries.
∎ Effectively manage staffing, team motivation and ensure business development.
∎ Implement new technologies with innovation to yield competively advantage.
∎ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
∎ To manage all necessary license for Television product.
∎ To drive hardware team, software team, structural team, panel team, Injection mold, Metal parts, Process, QA and all others team related to Television department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with TV R&D, production, QC, and failure scenario of Television.
∎ Hard working, Self-starter, Independent analysis and problem solving, Team working spirit.
∎ Practical experience on working in LED Television factory for at least 15 years and minimum 5 years’ experience in LED Television factory as a CTO.
∎ Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.
∎ Preferable company TCL, Hisence, heir, Skyworth.
Salary: Negotiable
