Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Survey
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Land Survey

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles.
∎ Calculation of level for earth/ sand filling, an expert in Topographic Surveys, GPS
∎ Prepare and maintain all data, charts, plots, maps, records and documents related to surveys and prepare maps and survey reports for management as required.
∎ Prepare Project layout, building layout, pile point layout, roof levelling etc.
∎ Expertise in land-related documents and knowing AutoCAD software.
∎ Expertise to operate the total station, theodolite and level machine.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Operation of Various types of Survey equipment including Total station

Salary: Negotiable
