∎ Strong knowledge of urban planning, financial modeling, and market analysis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute real estate business strategy for growth and profitability in alignment of company’s vision and mission.
∎ Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
∎ Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc.).
∎ Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
∎ Promote the companies direction and momentum, its business performance, the positive external impact (image), internal business climate, people and services.
∎ Development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate in which management development for succession is nurtured.
∎ Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and training to improve the people efficiency.
∎ Develop KPIs and evaluate the performance of the workforce.
∎ Create a high-performance culture and ensure that all the departments meet individual and organizational targets.
∎ Identify and assess investment opportunities in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
∎ Plan and oversee existing land utilization as revenue earning and accordingly project execution.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
∎ Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate projects.
∎ Lead sales, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business success.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, and key stakeholders.
∎ Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.
∎ Ensure effective allocation of resources to meet business goals while controlling costs.
∎ Provide regular updates on business performance, market conditions and sales forecasts to the senior management team.
∎ Looking for someone proactive, self-driven and well groomed to lead from the front and run the business from top to bottom. The Chief Operating Officer shall oversee the company's business operations while leading and mentoring a high-performing real estate workforce.
