Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with MPH or MBA with MPH.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise the Board of Directors on matters relating to the operational delivery of the Hospital support services.
∎ Lead the Clinical Divisions in contributing to and implementing the Hospital strategic aims, developing a shared understanding and commitment to these aims.
∎ Ensure effective systems, processes and performance management arrangements are in place to deliver high standards of performance and the quality of patient services.
∎ Ensure robust demand and capacity plans are in place to deliver the contracted levels of activity and the potential demands of emergency activity.
∎ Drive service development, modernization and innovation across the divisions, promoting a culture of continuous service improvement
∎ Contribute to the development of the wider health economy strategy and in particular the creation of services, systems and processes to support admission avoidance and the timely discharge of patients from our hospitals.
∎ Establish robust systems of clinical and corporate governance, financial management, risk management and compliance in the Divisions, ensuring the Trust continuously learns in response to incidents, by listening to patients and staff and from complaints and claims.
∎ In conjunction with the Director of Estates ensure that major incident, business continuity and emergency planning arrangements as they relate to operational services are robust.
∎ Ensure Divisions meet their financial objectives and cost improvement targets and contribute effectively to the annual planning programmed and the development of business plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience similar post with strong administrative background preferable in modern private Hospital.
