Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
∎ Manage production, warehousing, supply chain, and logistics activities
∎ Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost control measures are met
∎ Maintain product quality control and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
∎ Monitor sourcing, inventory management, and usage of raw materials
∎ Lead and supervise operational teams, conduct performance evaluations
∎ Prepare and analyze procurement, sales, and stock reports
∎ Support new product development and rollout processes
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement strategies to improve profitability
∎ Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning and decision-making
∎ Ensure the monthly, quarterly and half yearly reports to the management and stakeholders.
