Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery and B.Sc. in Nursing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assure high quality nursing care and a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ To effectively interface with physicians, patients and other service user area heads.
∎ To devise, communicate & implement Nursing SOP’s.
∎ To ensure skill up gradation in clinical/ nursing practices.
∎ Maintain appropriate staffing levels and skill mix, through effective staff recruitment and development.
∎ To provide leadership to the nursing team
∎ To assess workload, manpower requirement and plan optimum deployment.
∎ Understand staff satisfaction drivers, implement and promote initiatives to retain quality staff.
∎ Participate in the development of annual business plans and budgets for each nursing related program and services, monitor performance against these budgets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years’ practical clinical experience is required out of which minimum 7 years in a senior management position.
∎ Working experience in JCI Accredited Hospital will be preferable.
