Job Context:
∎ We are looking for highly organized candidates with extensive experience in both medical and management roles.
∎ Chief Medical Officers are expected to act as mentors to their physicians and medical staff, requiring good leadership qualities, patience and confidence.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees all admitted patients care.
∎ Communicate with patient parties to keep them quiet and happy.
∎ Supervises physicians and nurses in his or her department.
∎ Serves as liaison between consultant and hospital administration.
∎ Runs departmental staff meeting as necessary.
∎ evises ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of department.
∎ Addresses concerns and requests posed by hospital staff.
∎ Assigns tasks to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff for review as necessary.
∎ Trains and advises new physicians on staff.
∎ Sees and treats patients.
∎ Ensures that all practices in the department adhere to hospital standards and code of medical ethics
∎ Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.
∎ Staff updated on new healthcare regulations.
∎ Finding ways to improve clinical services.
∎ Balancing the duties of a physician with that of an administrator.
∎ Work closely with authority/top management for continuous qualitative and services development.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 Years' experience as a medical officer Or 1-2 years as a Chief medical officer.
