Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank management, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Tobacco

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely work with internal and external stakeholders (Banks, BB, NBFI, Insurance Co, etc.) to create value in business.
∎ Lead the overall financial management to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Assist Executive Vice Chairman, Managing Director, Additional Managing Director, and Deputy Managing Director to drive company goals and profitability.
∎ Coordinate and direct the budget preparation and financial forecasts and report variances.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cost management, Cap Ex management, cash flow management, cost, and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Prepare reliable and credible Actual and forecasting reports on a regular basis and participate in developing operational strategies.
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cost sheets, etc.
∎ Lead to prepare reports to reflect the revenue, outstanding, collection report, quarterly / annual processes & deliver directly to the Management.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fund-raising plans and capital structure.
∎ Liaise with departmental heads across the business in supporting their financial activities and provide adequate guidance.
∎ Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
∎ Handle External and Statutory Auditors'.
∎ Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
∎ Manage and comply with Govt. reporting requirements and tax filings.
∎ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
∎ Ensure efficient Internal Control and Compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Candidates having experience in the TOBACCO Industry will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
