• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA, or ACCA will be considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles, preferably within the service or trading industry.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Supervise and verify all financial transactions of the business unit, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping.

2. Prepare and maintain essential financial reports including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Trial Balance.

3. Conduct periodic audits of the business unit to ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.

4. Maintain and safeguard financial records, documents, and client data with strict confidentiality.

5. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the relevant service industry (e.g., filling station, automobile repair workshop, etc.) to ensure effective financial decision-making.

6. Possess sound understanding of banking operations, including the preparation of business proposals for loans and financial facilities.

7. Utilize accounting management systems, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital banking platforms efficiently.

8. Operate and manage ERP software and other accounting applications to ensure accurate business account maintenance.

9. Prepare and reconcile bank reconciliation statements regularly.

10. Have thorough knowledge of import procedures, VAT, and Income Tax regulations.

11. Lead the Accounts Department with accuracy, efficiency, and prompt decision-making, ensuring smooth financial operations.
