Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Experience in donor-funded projects (UN, World Bank, DFID, GIZ) will be an advantage
Strong expertise in project finance, grants management, and financial modeling
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

As we expand our programs and global partnerships, we are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
Support fundraising and investment strategies for startups and internal ventures
Advise the Managing Director and the Board on financial sustainability and risk management
Manage IPO-related processes, including documentation and coordination
Oversee budgeting, cash flow, donor reporting, and audits
Manage grant and project-based funding, ensuring full compliance
Build and implement robust financial systems, policies, and controls
Coordinate with government, donors, and private partners on financial reporting
Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounts team
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
