Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ An advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Law is Preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works with the Managing Partners and other executives to establish short-term goals and long-range goals, related plans & policies.
∎ Develops business prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital for fund expansion and setting up the right people at the right places.
∎ Reviews the financial and non-financial reports of all operations, aligning with the company's objectives and goals and to devise solutions or improvements.
∎ Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and creates an environment & culture that focuses on fulfilling the company's mission, vision, and values taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
∎ Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive professional experience in leadership roles
∎ Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
∎ Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
