Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree from any reputed university.
∎ An advanced degree in business administration, finance, Engineering, or law is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, related plans & policies; presents regular reports on the "status of the company's operations" to the BOD and ensures targeted profit.
∎ Develops business prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital for fund expansion and setting up the right people at the right places.
∎ Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
∎ Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and creates an environment & culture that focuses on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision, and values.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the BOD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
∎ Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
∎ Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
∎ Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.

Salary: Negotiable
