∎ Should be hard working.
∎ Should have construction planning & budgeting knowledge.
∎ Sound knowledge in Auto CAD.
∎ Should have sound management & planning skill, excellent interpersonal skill and proactive with positive thinking & approach.
∎ To be responsible for leading and managing the company.
