Job Context:
∎ Exposure to Land & Infrastructure, Real Estate and Condominium projects, Industrial Projects, Paper Mills, and Packaging industries to make a project successful and industrial growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting overall work in the Civil Engineering Department
∎ Experience in design, measurement, analysis and implementation work.
∎ Lead the team of Civil Engineering
∎ Strong knowledge of Construction, Architecture and Land Development.
∎ Day-to-day management of the group, including supervising and monitoring the labor and providing RAW materials requisition to the supply chain through proper channel
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.
∎ Brief Knowledge of all types of finishing works. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date
∎ To review the progress of works at various stages
