Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate architect with registration of RAJUK/CDA authority. Must have signing authority of special project clearance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Heading and managing the Design Department with following teams: architectural, landscaping, interior design, structural, plumbing and electrical.
∎ In-depth job responsibility includes:
∎ Ensuring an improvement & development in the design department to bring excellence in architecture and also in project design and presentation.
∎ Ensuring on-schedule delivery of design; introducing faster and more feasible design delivery systems.
∎ Developing and heading interior designs of common spaces, aesthetics of full building and well as creating landmark projects including the importance of landscaping, building lighting and sensible designing.
∎ Improving and strategizing and introducing better and up-to-date work technology.
∎ Comfortable and reliant on using digital platforms and proficient in latest design development portals.
∎ Interacting with L/O and customers to increase sales & improve customer relations.
∎ Resolving design conflicts through inter-departmental meetings, leading architecture and design team to excellence.
∎ Organizing training and workshops related to architectural design development for enhancing construction work at projects.
∎ Overseeing the design implementation at the construction sites
∎ Arranging contractual work for the design department to establish a new SBU of design and architecture.
∎ Analyzing and improving cost controls and self-sustainability of design department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Min. 12 year(s)in architecture/interior architect firm
∎ Management expertise
∎ Great leadership skills
∎ Team Leader and Player
∎ PR with authorities and knowledge of building codes.
∎ An entrepreneurial spirit
∎ Passionate about overseeing building designs which are functionally excellent and aesthetically pleasing.
∎ Interior architecture specialization and interest in aesthetics (preferable)
∎ Knowledgeable about latest digital technology in design and interested in bringing a change to the present design and construction materials and methods.
∎ High level of leadership ability and a desire for achieving excellence for his/her department members.
∎ Happy to work in compliance with the core values of the company culture.
∎ People's person with salesman quality, positive personality& problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skill in English and Bengali.
