∎ • Knowledgeable about latest digital technology in design and interested in bringing a change to the present designing methods and introducing innovative construction materials and methods.
∎ • Proficient in latest design development portals.
∎ • High level of leadership ability and a desire for achieving excellence for his/her department members.

∎ • People's person with salesman quality, positive personality & problem-solving skills.
∎ • Good communication skill in English and Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Leading the bti Design Department comprising of architectural, structural, landscaping, plumbing and electrical teams.
∎ • Ensuring on-schedule delivery of design; introducing faster and more feasible design delivery systems.
∎ • Bring excellence in architecture of residential and commercial buildings as well as establish top of mind presentation materials to enhance brand image.
∎ • Providing directions regarding designs of common spaces, aesthetics of the building, the importance of landscaping, building lighting and sensible designing.
∎ • Overseeing the design implementation at the construction sites.
∎ • Improving and strategizing work methods; introducing better and up-to-date work technology.
∎ • Meeting landowners and customers in relation to design of the building/ apartments to assist sales.
∎ • Resolving design conflicts through inter-departmental meetings, leading architecture and design team to excellence.
∎ • Organizing training and workshops related to architectural design development for enhancing construction work at projects.
∎ • Analyzing and improving cost control and self-sustainability of design department.
∎ • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate innovative solutions into our architectural roadmap.
∎ • Being a true leader with excellent managerial & networking skills.
∎ • Recruiting and managing excellent HR for better delivery and performance of the department.
