Educational Requirements:
∎ Post - graduation & Graduation Degree in Accounting / Finance from any reputed university.
∎ Professional qualification such as CA / ACCA / CFA / CMA (Partly qualified) is a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, investment management etc.
∎ To communicate with & assist the external auditors (including special & internal auditors), Tax authority & any statutory bodies.
∎ Implement proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring of all financial transactions
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to Insurance act, company act, income tax, VAT etc.
∎ Maintaining business relationship with Bangladesh Bank, Commercial Banks, Financial Institutions, Merchant Bankers and other Issue Managers.
∎ Completing the corporate affairs related works and compliance with RJSC and other relevant agencies.
∎ Cash balance & cash forecasting report preparation & presentation
∎ To make report on risk factors in operation.
∎ Any others task assigned by Management Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Cost & Management Accounting, Budgetary Control, Finance/ Accounts, Planning and budget
∎ Must have experience and knowledge of Industrial Accounting.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT and Banking.
∎ Must be proactive and have the ability to build team and work comfortably in a demanding situation.
∎ Must have proper knowledge in accounting software "Tally ERP 9".
