Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry/Ag ) / BE (Chemical)) with experience in API Production of a reputed Pesticide/fertilizer Company.
∎ Skills Required: agro based farm, fertilizer and pesticide, Product Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm, fertilizer production, pesticide production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform laboratory tests to produce chemicals according to established standards and guideline and also knowledge about food processing factory.
∎ able to manufacture new product and sound knowledge about formula and procedure.
∎ Handle laboratory equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
∎ Document laboratory activities for reference purposes.
∎ Monitor and report progress of analytical tests to Supervisor on a regular basis.
∎ Work with Supervisor to set objectives and milestones.
∎ Coordinate prioritize and plan lab tasks to meet deadlines.
∎ Record and report test results to Supervisor.
∎ Ensure final product meets quality and customer specifications.
∎ Train junior chemists on test procedures.
∎ Maintain sufficient stock of chemicals and supplies to perform lab experiments.
∎ Ensure that materials are labeled properly and used in right quantities.
∎ Investigate issues, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
∎ Suggest improvements for test procedures to achieve project objectives.
∎ Develop standard procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
∎ Provide assistance to junior chemists when needed.
∎ Preparing and reviewing of Batch Manufacturing Records and Standard Operating Procedures related to various products applicable to the facility.
∎ To ensure on-line filing of Batch Manufacturing Records at the time of performance of activity.
∎ All other API manufacturing related work as mandated.
∎ Maintaining plant cleaning everyday.
∎ Daily work allocation as per requirement and arrangement of manpower.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Competent production chemists have strong practical laboratory skills. When studying the chemical properties of a finished product, for instance, they must be able to set-up and operate a variety of laboratory equipment and systems, many of which are technologically sophisticated. They have a keen eye for detail, since making slight errors when during experiments can lead to inaccurate results. To assess industrial chemical processes,detect inefficiencies and develop effective solutions, production chemists rely on their analytical and complex-problem solving skills.
