Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction Engineering
∎ Relevant Professional certification on construction and management will be a key advantage.
∎ Master degree or equivalent degree on construction engineering will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Office Management, Roads and Highways
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience on Road Construction under RHD & LGRD.
∎ Experience on Building construction under PWD & MES.
∎ Experience on Construction of Railway Track.
∎ Office Management.
∎ Well experienced in overall office Management & Administration along with Construction Engineering.
∎ Liaison with the Govt., Semi Govt. and Private institution.
∎ Supervision of construction work of large projects.
∎ Decide and provide advice on operational decision.
∎ Able to maintain regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour.
∎ Proven work experience in construction as well as an Administrator or similar role.
∎ Proven sense of analysis, research, initiatives, autonomy and good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Experience in management of works contracts and provision of various services.
∎ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Working with different Government Agencies to get approval/permissions related to business of the Group.
