∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering from any Public University
∎ American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation:
∎ A. To run the CCM independently & smoothly.
∎ B. To ensure billet quality.
∎ C. Root cause analysis of any billet defect.
∎ D. To maintain Proper Coordination & Cooperation with other sections for smooth operation
∎ E. To handle all Shifting Officials to maintain:
∎ Ensure mould operator attentive in casting operation.
∎ Ensure ladle and tundish temperature time to time to avoid chocking, bleeding, breakout etc.
∎ To supervise manpower and their activities of all shift.
∎ Maintain operation and maintenance logbook/checklist time to time.
∎ Ensure proper process parameter of operation as per SOP and billet quality.
∎ Maintain all documentation as per SOP.
∎ Ensure proper communication, planning within inter and intra department for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure safety of both manpower and machine of the particular shift.
∎ For any breakout find out the root cause by co-operating with operation, mechanical and electrical team.
∎ Ensure proper secondary nozzle spray. Ensure water pressure time to time. Change/Clean nozzle jam if the spray is improper. Check the alignment of spray.
∎ If any abnormalities found in CCM either mechanical, electrical, operation need to take corrective action concerned with related department.
∎ Overall mechanical maintenance of CCM (Oscillation, withdrawal, Roller table, Cooling bed).
∎ Cleaning:
∎ 1. CCM floor
∎ 2. Ladle car floor
∎ 3. Cooling bed unit
∎ 4. Apron Chamber floor
∎ 5. Apron roller strand
∎ 6. Spray cages
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Having experience in CCM Mechanical Maintenance in melting plant will get preference.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, hardworking & honest.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to do work unusual hours.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment & able to do shifting duty.
