Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assisting chefs in preparing food according to the recipes.
∎ Preparing cooking ingredients- washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
∎ Collecting cooking ingredients from the store and verifying all are of good quality.
∎ Receiving meal boxes or other supplies as per the document.
∎ Packing/portioning meals and maintaining Food Safety and Hygiene Guidelines.
∎ Loading/unloading food basket/try in the delivery vehicle.
∎ Storing food in the freezer as per the requirement and ensuring stock rotation.
∎ Maintaining the stock of essential supplies in the store
∎ Performing essential cleaning duties and ensuring that the workplace is properly cleaned
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.

∎ US-Bangla Airlines, the largest private airline in the country, is looking for some Catering Assistants for its Flight Catering Center.
