Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS (Point of Sale) system. Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with precision.
Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a warm, professional demeanor. Assist with inquiries regarding sizing, stock availability, and current promotions.
Brand Advocacy: Encourage customers to join our loyalty program and share information about upcoming collections or VIP events.
Loss Prevention: Maintain a high level of awareness on the floor and at the desk to minimize shrink; ensure all security tags are removed or deactivated correctly.
Visual Standards: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with packaging materials (bags, tissue paper, etc.). Assist with light merchandising and sensor-tagging new arrivals during quiet periods.
Problem Solving: Handle customer concerns or price discrepancies with grace, escalating to management only when necessary.
