Responsibility/ Job Description:

  • Daily Companionship and Help in Activities of Daily Livings .
  • Help In Maintenance of Personal hygiene.
  • Daily Record and Report the Vital Signs of the Client.
  • Daily Record and Report the Vital Signs of the Client.
  • Ensure Medication on time.
  • Ensure the Meals On time.
  • Provide First Aid If needed.
  • Fall Prevention and Safety Measures.
  • Provide Oxygen If Necessary.
  • Identification Of any kind of abnormality or any kind of emergency situation related to the clients.
  • Manage and Report the Emergency/ Incident.
  • Perform Basic Physiotherapy- Range of Motions.
  • Major Wound Dressing (Sterile Wound Dressing- Bedsore, Post-Operative).
  • Administration Of Injectable Drugs and Intravenous Fluids as Per Physicians Order.
  • Bed Ridden Patient Management and Prevention of Bed Sore for the Client.
  • Change of the Client Posture of the Bed Ridden Patient.
  • Patient Lifting and Shifting form Bed to wheel Chair and Wheel Chair to Bed.
  • Respiratory Client Management.
  • Help In Breathing Exercise (Spirometry Exercise).
  • Observe And Identify Breathing Emergencies and Act As per the clients need.
  • Taking The Client to the Hospital On time if is there Any Kind of Pre-schedule of Doctor Visit.
  • Ensure Of the Proper Nutrition and Hydration of the Client.
  • Ensure Of Nasogastric Tube Feeding/ PEG Feeding on Time.
  • Perform Suction Whenever Needed for the Client.
  • Help In Use of Bi-Pap/ CPAP Machine and Fitting the Mask.
