∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in canteen/restaurant management
∎ Strong management skills and leadership abilities
∎ Proficiency in accounting and reporting
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Good understanding of hygiene and health regulations
∎ Manage daily operations of the canteen
∎ Ensure food quality and maintain cleanliness
∎ Allocate tasks to staff and supervise them
∎ Prepare sales and inventory reports
∎ Maintain communication with suppliers
∎ Ensure excellent customer service
