Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Team Leadership:
∎ Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of contact center representatives.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
∎ 2. Operational Excellence:
∎ Oversee day-to-day call center operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established procedures.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Implement strategies to optimize workflow and enhance overall team performance.
∎ 3. Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Implement and maintain best practices for exceptional customer service.
∎ 4. Communication:
∎ Serve as a liaison between the contact center team and other departments.
∎ Communicate company policies and updates effectively to the team.
∎ Collaborate with leadership to implement communication strategies.
∎ 5. Training and Development:
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate with client ongoing training programs for team members.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
∎ Facilitate professional development to enhance team skills.
∎ 6. Quality Assurance:
∎ Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure service excellence.
∎ Conduct regular audits of customer interactions to maintain service standards.
∎ Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance Bonus

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
