Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in CMT, ENT, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Leadership, People Management skill, Problem Solving Skills, Strong communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Care, Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and supervise call center activities, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
∎ Lead and coach a team of call center agents to optimize performance and achieve targets
∎ Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and training as needed
∎ Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve complex issues
∎ Analyze call center data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements
∎ Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric culture

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Proven experience as a Call Center of ISP having both home and corporate customers
∎ Strong leadership and people management skills
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
∎ Knowledge of call center operations and customer service best practices
∎ 3 to 5 years Experience in call center.
∎ Required to live at walking distance from the office.
∎ Very good English language skill
∎ Good general-purpose computing knowledge with very good typing skills
