Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Call Center) having good verbal communication skills in Bangla and English. Receive Phone calls follow up, Client handle & ability to convince over the phone.
∎ Job Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers via phone and sale.
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the appointment.
∎ Provide information to questions about a product, pricing, and details.
∎ Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.).
∎ Able to work beyond the office hour.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 months to 1 year(s).
