Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
∎ Provide information about Learning Bangladesh courses and services to potential and existing customers
∎ Upsell and cross-sell our courses to customers to generate sales leads
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
∎ Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department
∎ Follow up with users/learners to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service/sales role
∎ Passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
∎ Ability to work well in a team environment
